Professional: Jenna received her Doctorate and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Pacific University and specializes in Sports Medicine and Pediatrics. Jenna has had extensive course work on the evaluation and treatment of orthopaedic conditions including core stabilization and functional rehabilitation techniques. She has been a fitness instructor for 23 years and teaches spinning, HIIT (high intensity interval), strength / power, pilates and yoga. Jenna is also CPR certified.
Areas of Interest: Jenna has developed an interest in Sports Medicine and Pediatric Physical Therapy assisting adolescent athletes in attaining their full potential through rehabilitation and preventative functional training. Other interests include aquatic therapy.
Personal: Jenna and her husband are very active in their church and with community volunteerism. She enjoys working to help people in their overall health and wellness. Jenna has two beautiful children and enjoys participating in recreational soccer and teaching group exercise classes.
